This Privacy Policy describes how Guernsey, Inc. and our brands and subsidiaries (including but not limited to Interiors by Guernsey, LLC) (collectively, "Guernsey," "we" or "us") collect, use and share information about you. Stuff happens, so we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepages of our websites or sending you an email notification). COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information you provide to us - We collect information you provide directly to us. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. For example, we may share how many users accessed a certain eblast with third party partners.

YOUR CHOICES

Online Account Information - You may update your online account information at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Account" page or by contacting us at AM@buyguernsey.com. To deactivate your account, contact us directly at AM@buyguernsey.com.

Promotional Oommunications - You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by doing the following:
• To opt out of direct mail (such as catalogs and post cards): contact us at Marketing@buyguernsey.com and we’ll remove you from our list. We aren’t big on snail mail, but wanted to include this just in case we have a change of heart
• To opt out of promotional emails: Click on the unsubscribe hyperlink at the bottom of the email or contact us at Marketing@buyguernsey.com
Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
