As a company with deep roots in each local community we serve, we recognize the importance of corporate social responsibility. To this end we support many non-profit organizations on a variety of levels. From weekends spent volunteering as a group at fund-raising events, to office programs like Breast Cancer Awareness Day and holiday food drives, to board-level non-profit leadership, we're always looking for ways to contribute to efforts that can make a difference in people's lives...and ultimately impact us all.

Community Residences

Community Residences is a local organization that supports individuals with mental health diagnoses or intellectual disabilities as well as those wo are homeless. CR offers quality support to help empower individuals to live as independently and with as high a quality of life as possible. For over 35 years, literally thousands have been assisted by CR and today alone, CR supports over 600 individuals annually in nearly 40 programs throughout Virginia and in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Harrisburg Capital Region has been the area's leader in establishing and supporting one-on-one mentoring relationships, or friendships, since 1981. They serve between 700 and 1,000 children annually throughout Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, and Perry Counties. Each time Big Brothers Big Sisters pairs a child with a role model, something incredible begins, a one-on-one relationship built on trust and friendship that can blossom into a future of unlimited potential. United Cerebral Palsy of Central PA

United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania is a non-profit charitable organization with a mission to assist infants, children, youth, and adults with disabilities, as well as their families, and help them to achieve goals of development, growth, independence, and full citizenship. Their vision is that all person in the community, regardless of ability or disability, have an equitable opportunity to fully participate in all facets of community life, in accordance with their personal needs and interests. Capital Caring

Founded in 1977,Capital Caring is one of the leading not-for-profit providers of hospice and palliative care in the United States. Capital Caring's vision of world class care for patients and their families with advanced illness means caring for each as if they were members of their own family. Coordinated, compassionate care is delivered by Capital Caring's experts to nearly 1,200 patients each day throughout Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia, & Prince George's County, Maryland.



Although nearly all patients receive care wherever they call home, Capital Caring also provides acute care, as needed, at Capital Caring's Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center in Arlington, Virginia, and the new, leading edge state-of-the-art Adler Center for Caring on the Van Metre Campus in Loudoun County, Virginia. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the world’s leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, a life-threatening genetic disease. We fund more CF research than any other organization, and nearly every CF drug available today was made possible because of Foundation support. We are a non-profit, donor-supported organization dedicated to attacking cystic fibrosis from every angle. Our mission is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research & drug development, promoting individualized treatment, & ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.
